J.T. Taylor, M.A. has over twenty years experience training leaders to build effective teams. He has facilitated team building training with over 4,000 managers from two-thirds of the Fortune 500. He is a lead adjunct faculty member with the Center for Creative Leadership in San Diego, California.

David Baldwin, M.S. Ph.D.(abd)
Born and raised in Northern California, David came to the Center for Creative Leadership's San Diego campus in 1995 as a full time faculty member. At CCL, his responsibilities included managing client relationships for customized leadership programs and interventions, managing the Emerging Leaders online research project, managing global blended learning initiatives and facilitating the Center's Foundations of Leadership and Leadership Development Programs (LDP) ®. He has enjoyed coaching, delivering and designing leadership programs in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, El Salvador, England, France, Ireland, and throughout the United States to more than 5,000 executive participants.
In 2007, he founded the organization Leadership Insight Group and transitioned from his full time faculty position with CCL. He remains an active adjunct faculty member with CCL working across their global enterprise. In addition to being certified in 15 behavioral assessment instruments, David has co-written books on influence tactics, communicating vision, and leadership networking. Some of his clients include the Bank of America, CBS, Clorox, Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, PepsiCo, SC Johnson, World Health Organization, Whirlpool, and Xerox.
Prior to joining the Center, David worked in the television broadcasting industry in news and production with CBS and ESPN. In addition to working for two retail organizations, he has taught university level interpersonal communication courses and conducted research at Caterpillar, Inc. examining the characteristics of Transformational Leadership - charisma, intellectual stimulation, inspiration, and individual consideration - which contributed to Ken Blanchard, Paul Hersey and Dewey Johnson's seventh edition of Management of Organizational Behavior.
David holds a masters
of science degree in communication studies with a focus on organizational
behavior from Illinois State University, and a bachelor's degree in speech
communication with an emphasis in television broadcasting and social psychology.
Currently, he is completing a PhD in intercultural communication. He is
married to his lovely bride Lisa, involved in his church, enjoys tinkering
on his house and is an Olympic memorabilia collector attending the games
in Atlanta, Barcelona, Salt Lake and Sydney.
Sharon Lieder, M.B.A.
Sharon Lieder has over 25 years experience in the field of training and organization development. She has held management positions at TRW and General Dynamics, and managed the training function at UCLA and UC San Diego.
Sharon holds an MBA from UCLA specializing in Organization Behavior and graduated with honors as a Member of Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honorary.
She served as President of the San Diego Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and on the National level as an Assistant Regional Officer. She also served on the board of Organizational Development Network - San Diego Region and chaired the Volunteer committee for the national conference. She is on the faculty of the Management Development Center at San Diego State University.
Stephen C. Nyland, M.B.A.
Steve has over 17 years as an internal and external organization consultant. Prior to his consulting work, Steve served as Director of Operations and Director of Systems Strategies for an information technology firm. For 20 years Steve served as a senior Naval Officer, supporting operations around the world managing the "business side" of the Navy (logistics, acquisition and procurement, program management, retail and food service operations, and finance).
He has considerable expertise in helping organizations pinpoint where they can find business performance leverage using a systems thinking approach. He facilitates a process which models the dynamics of how business practices/systems impact each other. His approach has saved significant time and millions of dollars for his clients.
Steve brings 25 years of leadership experience in team problem solving, facilitation, change management, coaching/mentoring and helping clients to understand cross-functionality. His passion for facilitation and knowledge transfer have built many lasting relationships. He is particularly good at creating capacity for innovation and learning and enjoys helping people see, and make operational, the larger systems of which they are apart.
Steve holds a BA from the University of New Mexico and completed MBA studies at Cal State Fullerton and New York Institute of Technology. Steve is a past President of the Organization Development Network - San Diego and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development (local and national), the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis.
Nancy Helgeson, M.A., LMFT
Nancy Helgeson is an Executive and Career Coach with over 16 years experience in individual, career and organizational coaching and consulting. Nancy's career includes serving as the Career Development Manager for Union Bank's corporate headquarters and branches, a Career Management Consultant with Right Management Associates and Senior Consultant with Outplacement International Career Consulting Partners, as well as an EAP consultant with National Employee Assistance Resources. Nancy has also held the position of Managing Director for the Los Angeles office of TWA-Univance Career Centers, and has been an instructor for UCLA's Human Development Counseling Certificate Program.
Nancy has been an adjunct staff member for over 15 years with the Center for Creative Leadership. At CCL she has been a Feedback and Executive coach for a wide variety of leadership programs focused on middle and upper level managers in Fortune 500 companies, CEOs and equivalent in entrepreneurial and family owned businesses, woman executives and many contract (company) specific programs. She is on the advisory board and has taught in University of California San Diego's Career Counseling Certification Program. Nancy is also on staff at Thomson/DBM as an adjunct consultant providing career continuation, outplacement and other training and consulting services.
She served as the 2001 President-Pro-Tem for the San Diego chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is an active member of the San Diego Alliance of Career Consultants and Coaches and the San Diego Organizational Development Network. She has also served on the board for the Los Angeles chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD.)
Nancy completed coach training with The Life Coach Training Institute, a comprehensive coach training for licensed therapists, and the Coaching Foundations Course through the Coach Training Institute (CTI.)

Jason O'Mara Ph.D.
Acclaimed author, consultant, and award-winning speaker, William Jason OMara, (PsyD, PhD) has been a pioneer in the personal growth movement for many years and is considered one of Americas most gifted leadership teachers.
