TEAM BUILDING FACILITATOR(S)

Because we deliver training across North America at virtually any meeting location, we are always looking for good help in every area of the United States. We have three levels of certification. You MUST have excellent people skills, be a sharp listener and have a solid grasp on team dynamics for the beginner level. Our senior level facilitators have 10 plus years management business experience, advanced degrees and currently serve as executive coaches. We employ facilitators on a part-time, per diem basis throughout the U.S.A.

Facilitators are needed in the following general areas:

Chicago	Washington, D.C.	Atlanta	Seattle
New York/Jersey	New Orleans	San Jose	Denver

Following is a list of typical requirements for employement:

* Bachelors and/or Master's degree from an accredited university. Ph.D. if you are working with senior management in an executive coaching capacity.

* 10 years full time management experience in a corporate business environment.

* Well developed public speaking skills. Must be polished, enthusiastic and dynamic.

* Clearly demonstrate active listening skills and the ability to ask on-target follow up questions which move a group from experience to business application.

* Must be a team player, be flexible, have a "can do" attitude and possess the ability to build rapport quickly with others.
